Understanding Our Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, products and services provided by Synetal Support Limited (“Synetal Support”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, purchasing a service, enrolling in a programme or entering into an agreement with us.
By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Where a separate written agreement, proposal, service order or programme agreement applies, its terms will also apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the website and contact us before purchasing or using our services.
Synetal Support Limited is a company registered in England and Wales.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to any person, customer, business, candidate or website visitor using our website or services.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Synetal Support Limited may provide services in the following areas, subject to availability and the specific agreement entered into with each customer:
IT assistance, technical troubleshooting, IT infrastructure support, system maintenance and related technology services.
Cybersecurity support, security assessments, security advice and other agreed security-related services.
Cloud-related support, network setup, configuration, maintenance and infrastructure services.
HR support, HR advisory services, HR management support, HR compliance assistance, recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Where offered, training programmes, online learning resources, career guidance, interview preparation and related professional development services.
The precise scope, deliverables, timescales and fees will be set out in the applicable service description, proposal, order confirmation or separate agreement.
We reserve the right to update our service offerings, provided that changes do not unlawfully affect existing contractual or statutory rights.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services. If you are under 18, you may use services requiring a contract only where legally permitted and with appropriate involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
When submitting an enquiry, registering for a service or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or login details have been accessed without authorisation.
Submitting an enquiry or request through our website does not automatically create a contract.
A contract may be formed when we accept your order, confirm your booking or enrolment, issue a written service agreement, or otherwise confirm in writing that we will provide the requested services.
You should review all proposals, service descriptions, fees and applicable terms before accepting an offer.
Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the specific written agreement will take precedence for the relevant service to the extent permitted by law.
The applicable fees, payment schedule, taxes and any additional charges will be communicated before you commit to a purchase or service, wherever required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
If a payment is overdue, we may contact you to request payment and, where permitted by the contract and applicable law, suspend or restrict the affected services after giving any required notice.
We will not impose charges or take recovery action contrary to applicable law or an agreed payment arrangement.
Any financing or credit arrangement offered by a separate provider will be governed by the relevant provider’s agreement and is not created by these Terms and Conditions alone.
We will use reasonable care and skill when providing our services and will work towards the deliverables and timescales agreed with you.
You agree to:
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable systems or other matters outside our reasonable control may affect delivery dates. Where appropriate, we will communicate material delays and discuss revised arrangements with you.
Where we provide IT support, cybersecurity, cloud or network infrastructure services, the following provisions apply in addition to the relevant service agreement.
You must ensure that we have permission to access the systems, networks, devices, accounts and data necessary to perform the agreed work.
You must not ask us to access systems unlawfully or without appropriate authorisation.
Unless expressly included in our agreed scope of work, you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, disaster recovery arrangements, licences, access permissions and internal security procedures.
Before material changes, migrations, upgrades or other potentially disruptive work, you should maintain suitable backups. We will explain any specific preparations reasonably required for the agreed service.
Cybersecurity measures can reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every attack, vulnerability, incident or data loss will be prevented.
We will perform the security work expressly agreed with you. We do not guarantee that systems will remain entirely free from threats or vulnerabilities.
Some services may depend on third-party software, hosting providers, telecommunications providers, cloud platforms or other external services. Their terms and availability may be outside our control.
We will take reasonable steps within our agreed responsibilities to investigate service issues and coordinate with relevant providers where appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that we cannot lawfully exclude.
Where we provide HR or recruitment services, the scope of work will be determined by the relevant proposal or written agreement.
Employers and business clients remain responsible for their final hiring decisions, employment contracts, workplace arrangements and obligations as employers, except to the extent that a specific responsibility is lawfully and expressly accepted by us in writing.
Clients must provide accurate vacancy information, selection criteria and other information required for recruitment.
Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications, experience, employment history and eligibility where relevant.
Candidates must communicate professionally and respond reasonably to requests relating to their applications.
We may assist with candidate sourcing, application support, introductions or recruitment processes, depending on the service agreed.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, a particular salary or successful placement. Recruitment outcomes depend on factors including vacancies, employer decisions, candidate suitability and market conditions.
The nature and extent of any HR advice will be described in the relevant service agreement. You should not treat general website content as a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
This section applies only where Synetal Support Limited provides or arranges a training programme or learning service.
Programme content, eligibility requirements, duration, fees, delivery methods and included materials will be communicated in the applicable programme description or agreement.
You are responsible for reviewing the programme requirements before enrolling.
Participants must follow reasonable programme instructions, respect tutors and other participants, and avoid conduct that disrupts learning or breaches applicable law.
Where a programme includes assessments, practical work or attendance requirements, participants must follow the requirements communicated for that programme.
We will take reasonable care in preparing or providing learning materials. However, technical knowledge, software and industry practices may change over time.
You should check any specific certification, examination or third-party requirements directly with the relevant awarding body or provider.
Where career guidance, interview preparation or recruitment assistance is included, the scope will be set out in the relevant programme description or agreement.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee a job, interview, salary, certification result or employment outcome.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, compatible software and a reliable internet connection unless these are expressly included in the service.
Online access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or third-party outages. We will take reasonable steps to address interruptions within our control.
Where a service does not meet the agreed requirements, we will consider appropriate remedies in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
Cancellation rights, refunds and any applicable return arrangements are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, together with the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
Before purchasing a service or programme, please review the applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or our Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory statutory rights you may have, including applicable consumer cancellation rights.
If you believe a service is defective, has not been delivered as agreed or has been incorrectly charged, contact us at help@synetalsupport.co.uk with the relevant details.
We may need to change the method or schedule of delivery where reasonably necessary because of technical requirements, provider changes, security concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a change materially affects an existing agreement, we will communicate the change and discuss any appropriate arrangements in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate a service where:
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action. Any termination will remain subject to applicable contractual and statutory rights, including any rights to a refund or other remedy.
You may terminate a service in accordance with the applicable service agreement and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its security, users or operation, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights in our website and the original materials we provide, including our text, branding, graphics, documents, training materials and other content, belong to Synetal Support Limited or the relevant rights holder.
You may access and use the materials for the purpose for which they were supplied and in accordance with the relevant agreement.
Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our protected materials.
Where we provide deliverables specifically for a customer, ownership and permitted use will be governed by the relevant written agreement. Any third-party software, content or materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Nothing in this section transfers intellectual property ownership unless expressly agreed in writing.
Each party may receive confidential information belonging to the other in connection with the services.
Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed or as otherwise lawfully permitted.
Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to professional advisers and service providers who need the information and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
This section does not apply to information that is publicly available through no breach of these Terms and Conditions, was lawfully known before disclosure, or is independently developed without using the other party’s confidential information.
Any additional confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement will apply according to its terms.
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy, available at:
https://synetalsupport.co.uk/privacy-policy/
Depending on the service, we may process contact details, account information, service records, recruitment information, CVs or other information necessary to provide the requested service.
Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, the parties’ respective responsibilities will depend on the nature of the processing and the applicable agreement. A separate data processing agreement may be required.
You must ensure that you have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to provide personal information to us, including information about employees, applicants or other individuals.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about the information we collect, how we use it, data retention, sharing and your rights.
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms or service providers.
These third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not control their content or independently guarantee their availability.
A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Where a third-party service forms part of our agreed service delivery, the applicable third-party terms and our agreement with you will determine the relevant responsibilities.
We aim to keep our website and online services available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Access may be affected by maintenance, software updates, network interruptions, hosting issues, cyber incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you experience a fault with a service we provide, contact help@synetalsupport.co.uk and describe the issue, including any relevant error messages or supporting information.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve issues within our responsibility. Where appropriate, we may refer the matter to a relevant third-party provider.
If a service fails to meet the agreed description or requirements, any remedy will be considered in accordance with the applicable agreement and statutory rights.
Information published on our website is provided for general information about our company and services. Although we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that every item of website content will always be complete, current or free from error.
Any specific commitments, service levels, deliverables or performance standards must be set out in the applicable written agreement.
We do not guarantee business results, recruitment outcomes, employment, examination results, uninterrupted technology operation or complete protection against cybersecurity threats unless a specific commitment is expressly agreed in writing and is legally enforceable.
Note: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any guarantee, condition or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, we will be responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of contract, negligence or other actionable conduct in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For business customers, any agreed financial limits on liability should be set out expressly in the relevant service agreement and must be reasonable and legally enforceable.
For consumers, nothing in this section restricts mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Where you use our services for business purposes, you agree to be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of our services, your unauthorised provision of third-party materials or your material breach of the agreement.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, breach of contract or unlawful conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
Any additional indemnity obligations must be expressly agreed in the relevant written agreement.
Neither party will be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent that it is caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, major telecommunications or internet failures, widespread cyber incidents, or significant third-party service disruptions.
The affected party should notify the other party where reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
If the disruption continues for an extended period, the parties will discuss appropriate arrangements, subject to the applicable agreement and statutory rights.

We will review complaints fairly and make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve the matter.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights or accessing any applicable complaints process.
We may contact you using the email address, telephone number or postal address you provide, where appropriate to the service or agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information remains accurate and for checking important communications relating to your services.
Formal notices must be sent using the method and address specified in the relevant agreement or, where no method is specified, by a reasonable method that provides evidence of delivery.
Nothing in this section changes any mandatory legal rules concerning the service or receipt of notices.
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal obligations or website functionality.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will apply from the date stated in the revised terms, subject to applicable law. Where a change materially affects an existing contract, we will handle it in accordance with that contract and any applicable notice or consent requirements.
Continued website use after an update does not remove any rights you may have under an existing agreement or applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable service agreement, order confirmation, proposal and incorporated policies, form the agreement between you and us in relation to the relevant subject matter.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. If this cannot be done, the affected provision will be treated as removed without affecting the remaining provisions.
A failure or delay by either party in exercising a right does not automatically amount to a waiver of that right.
Neither party may transfer its rights or obligations under a specific agreement where doing so is prohibited by that agreement or applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to the relevant agreement has no right to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, these Terms and Conditions do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency relationship between you and Synetal Support Limited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
Subject to those protections, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, you may have additional rights concerning the applicable law or the courts in which proceedings may be brought.
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions or need clarification about a service, please contact us.
